It’s practical workplace training. Managers learn to notice changes, listen, take appropriate management action and recognise when further support may be needed. It doesn’t qualify them to diagnose or provide therapy.
No. You can work with realistic examples from the workshop. You don’t have to share personal mental-health experiences.
